This popular annual event is a great opportunity for visitors to mingle with residents and experience lots of local color, with a wide variety of island ethnic foods, live musical and vocal entertainment, games, farm products, special exhibits, informational booths and much more. Hilo Civic Auditorium fairgrounds, 5:30 p.m. – midnight Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. Saturday & Sunday
