Open to everyone from beginners to experts, this institute features workshops, lessons, jam sessions and more to help you better play and enjoy Hawaiian music. Three free public concerts/ events are open to the public and include a kanikapila at 5 p.m. Thursday, talk story at 7 p.m. Friday and finale concert 1 p.m. Sunday. www.kahilutheatre.org.
