Downtown Hilo’s biggest strolling party with free live jazz music venues, a treasure hunt through town, stores opening late with specials, sales, free food samples, author and artist receptions. Everyone dresses in black and white, some dress down in shorts and T-shirts, some dress up in gowns and suits to enter the “Best Dressed Black & White Contest” for cash prizes. Free!
